WOMEN'S SUPPORT GROUPSThe eight week long course is a safe space for women to gain support and increased wairua through connection and sharing with other women. It's aimed to help you recognise healthy and unhealthy relationships, to feel empowered to make positive changes for yourself and your tamariki through self-care and increased confidence.
Our daytime support groups for women are held in Kumeu on Tuesdays during school terms. |
MEN'S SUPPORT GROUPSA support group run for men by men.
You will work on creating healthy boundaries and relationships, accountability to yourself and others and the integration of heart, mind and body. The programme runs in eight week blocks, on Monday evenings in Kumeu. |
